Why should you provide your GST number to Facebook?

Facebook charges a 7% GST on ad spending starting 1st January 2020, if you do not provide your GST registration number. 

In other words, Facebook will not charge GST on ad spend once you provide your GST number.

This means that you can get more results with the budget saved! 😉

How to add your GST number to Facebook Ads?

Step 1: Go to your Facebook ad account settings 

Step 2: Ensure that you have selected the right ad account 

For users/ businesses with multiple Facebook ad accounts

Step 3: Scroll all the way to the bottom

Step 4: Input your GST number

Step 5: Don’t forget to save your changes! ?
