What is the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)?

PSG is a joint initiative launched by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and Enterprise Singapore (ESG) to help enterprises improve productivity and business processes through technology. 

The grant encompasses sector-specific solutions that are designed for enterprises operating within a specific industry, such as retail, healthcare, and food services etc. It also covers generic solutions that apply to all sectors, including but not limited to cybersecurity, human resources, and digital marketing. 

Under the PSG Grant, eligible companies can receive up to 50% funding support from pre-qualified vendors.

Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) For Digital Marketing Solutions

In line with the accelerating shift towards all things digital, in October 2021, PSG was expanded to include digital marketing solutions to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) capture new growth opportunities. With the PSG Digital Marketing Grant, SMEs can leverage professional support to develop their digital marketing strategy, create content, and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost their business.

What is a Pre-Approved Vendor

Pre-approved vendors are organisations appointed by IMDA with solutions that are effective, market tested and cost-effective. 

Qualifying is a stringent process that requires a company to demonstrate that their solution will have a positive impact on the productivity and growth of their target sector.

What is the Maximum Funding Support for the PSG Digital Marketing Packages?

The maximum support that companies can receive from PSG Grant is 50% capped at S$10,000.

What are the Conditions for Eligibility

Eligibility for the PSG is conditional based on select criteria. 

• The enterprise has to be registered and operating in Singapore
• At least 30% of the shareholders have to be local.
• The annual sales turnover of the company applying should not exceed S$100 million, or the size of its staff should be no more than 200. 
• Last but not least, any lease, purchase or subscription of IT solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore. 

It’s worth noting that charities, religious entities, Institutions of Public Characters (IPCS), Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWO), and government agencies or subsidiaries are not eligible for PSG. 

How to Apply for the PSG Digital Marketing Grant

There are two main steps to take when applying for the Digital Marketing Solutions PSG Grant. 

1. Reach out to a pre-approved vendor for a quotation. 

2. Submit your application to the Business Grants Portal. Keep in mind that you will need to register for a CorpPass account to conduct any transactions on the portal.
