6 Easy Steps to Invite Users to Your Google Ads Account

Step 1: Click here to access your Google Ads Manager and sign in. 

Step 2: In the upper right corner, click the ‘Tools and settings’ icon to access the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Click ‘Access and security

Step 4: Under Security > Allowed Domains, key in the email domain of the user you want to add

Step 5: Next, navigate to users and click the blue plus icon. 

Step 6: Select an appropriate access level and enter their email address. 

Note: The person you invite needs a Gmail account to access your ad account. Ensure that you assign the appropriate account access level as well. 

  • Adminstrative
  • Standard
  • Read only 
  • Email only
  • Billing

Step 7: Click ‘Send invitation’, and you are done
